The project consists of a group of office buildings of ground plus five floors, with offices arranged around open walkways and courtyards. The master plan includes Podium I and Podium II, two parts of the office zone inside Cairo Festival City.
Execution data points to six main buildings within one of The Podium's zones, with a built-up area of around 1,705 m² per building and an efficiency ratio of up to about 89%. The interior floor plates allow a floor to be split between more than one company or assigned to a single user, depending on the office space required.
The design does not rely only on enclosed internal corridors; the buildings connect to courtyards, seating areas and open pathways, which creates breaks between offices and gives units views over the gardens and walkways.
